Beast of the East General Tournament Rules
If a team drops out of the tournament:

Before February 1: full refund will be given

Before February 28: 50% refund will be given

After February 28: no refund
If a registered team does not show up for a scheduled match on either Saturday or Sunday, causing a forfeiture, that team will be ineligible to play the following year.

Absolutely NO ALCOHOL will be allowed anywhere on tournament grounds.

No open flames, including grills of any kind are permitted at the sports complex.

Dogs are allowed on a leash (they are not however allowed on the buses to/from the tournament parking).

Porta-Johns have been provided at all fields. Please help us keep them clean - notify the registration tent if there is no toilet paper.

Clubs wishing to distribute information on summer tournaments or their club require approval from PRFC (email beasttournamnets@providencerugby.com for this request).

There is NO ON-SITE PARKING unless your vehicle has a handicapped sticker (as space is available). Please park in lots designated for tournament parking. Shuttle buses have been provided for travel to and from the satellite parking lot.Tournament Play may be postponed/canceled due to severe weather. In the event of a weather complication, match schedules may be altered by the Tournament Director. Any Tournament Schedule change due to weather or any other event affecting Tournament Play will be posted to the Beast of the East website by Tournament Staff. It is the responsibility of team captains to be aware of any change in Tournament Schedule. The Tournament shall not be held liable for any loss incurred by a participating team arising from any postponement/cancellation of Tournament Play due to any ‘Act of God’ event, e.g., flood, hurricane, tornado, or any other severe weather event.
Any student athlete caught disobeying the alcohol stipulations of this tournament, vandalizing or defacing public or private property or found to have been arrested in any establishment for any reason during the Beast of the East weekend will be immediately reported to the appropriate member of their institution and will cause an immediate ban, from the Beast of the East, for the period of two years or until such time as that individual graduates, whichever is longer.
