**Please note that if your guests are looking to book their reservations online, if they attempt to make their reservation to check in prior to 4/19/2013 or if they choose to stay beyond 4/21/2013, the system will respond that there are no rooms available.
Just a reminder, the cutoff date for your block is March 29, 2013. Please advise your guests to make their reservations prior to this date. At that time, any remaining rooms in the block will be released for general sale and additional reservations will no longer be available at your discounted group rate.
